Steph Vennetti has over a decade of experience supporting students in exploring the connection between majors and careers and connecting their identities, values, and strengths to meaningful experiences. Steph applies a holistic and student-centered approach to creating strategic initiatives and programming to help increase retention, enrollment, and student success. She was the recipient of the 2023 NACADA Region II: Excellence in Advising-Advising Administrator award as well as the 2023 VCU UAAB: Innovation in Advising award. Using her psychology and counseling educational background, she strives to help students curate their best futures at VCU & beyond.
