Internships

For Employers

We encourage each of our students to perform internship service, putting their academic course work into action. Students receive valuable academic credit for the service, while employer-sponsors gain useful student assistance as they help to train the leaders of tomorrow. We monitor student’s progress through mid-term and final evaluations in addition to a time log where students record the amount of hours they have worked.

Are you interested in hosting a student intern to work for your business, government agency or nonprofit organization? If so, please complete the following form. Be as descriptive as possible about the internship tasks, the type of student you are looking to hire and how students should apply for the position. The information you provide will help guide our decisions regarding which group of candidates to send to you for potential interviews and selection. For additional guidance on internship standards and regulations, visit the U.S. Department of Labor.
